You know that song "High Hopes" by Frank Sinatra about the ant and the rubbertree plant? I had that song in my head for some strange reason and was singing it to myself for days (and now you'll be singing it too, no doubt. You're welcome!) As much as it was driving me crazy, I love the message it sends. Optimism helps us get through tough times and lets us see things from a brighter perspective. I try to go through life with a positive attitude, and most of the time I'm successful. And for those days when I need a little help... I sing a happy song and have "high hopes" for a better day!
