A Freebie Template from KapiScrap & Art
Sandrine the designer for KapiScrap & Art has a new template on her blog. The template comes in a few different formats including PNG and SM2T and PSD. The site is in French however there is a Google translate button on the upper left hand side of the blog. This is a FREE template you just have to visit her blog to get it.
