Karen Diamond has created this adorably cute kit called Snow Days. The kit contains 22 elements and 12 papers. You can also pick up a matching glitter paper pack at her shop. Currently it is part of the December Bits N Pieces and can be found for $1 for each pack. Included in the $1 parts is TimeSaver Templates v1.
